PINEAPPLE POUND CAKE 
1/2 c. Crisco
1/2 lb. butter
2 2/3 c. sugar
6 eggs
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 c. milk
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. crushed pineapple (undrained)

Cream Crisco, butter and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, and beat well. Sift together flour and baking powder. Add to the creamed mixture alternately with milk and vanilla. Stir in undrained pineapple. Turn into 10 inch tube pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
