ALL BRAN BROWN BREAD 
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 egg whites
1 c. all bran cereal
2 tbsp. oil
1/3 c. molasses
3/4 c. hot water
1/2 c. raisins

Stir dry ingredients together. Beat egg whites slightly. Add all-bran, oil, molasses, hot water and raisins. Blend together. Add dry ingredients. Mix only until combined.

Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes in well greased (2) 1 pound tin cans or for 35 minutes in one 8 inch loaf pan. Cool in cans for 15 minutes before removing. Keep refrigerated.
