1 box yellow cake mix
1 egg
1 stick butter

Mix together and press in bottom of a sheet cake pan (9x13). Mixture should be somewhat crumbly. 2 eggs 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese

Mix with mixer. Spread on top of crumb mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
