CHILEAN CLAM "FUTTES" | |
Use large freshly opened clams. Prepare a mixture of toasted crackers or bread crumbs and flour in equal quantities. Dip clams in milk and then in flour and crumbs. Fry in boiling lard about 5 minutes. Serve with butter sauce. |
