COUNTRY VEGETABLE CASSEROLE II | |
1 (20 oz.) frozen mixed vegetables 1 (8 oz.) Velveeta 1/2 c. butter 1 med. onion, chopped 1 sm. can mushrooms (optional) 30 Ritz crackers, crumbled Cook mixed vegetables according to package directions. Drain. Melt Velveeta with 1/4 cup butter. Mix with vegetables. Add onion and mushrooms if desired. Then put the Ritz crackers on top. Use 1/4 cup of butter on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes until bubbly hot. |
