CORN BREAD STUFFING 
6 c. chopped celery
3 c. chopped onion
Butter
12 c. cornbread crumbs
12 slices bread, cubed
7 c. turkey or chicken broth
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 tsp. pepper
3 tsp. salt
1 tsp. thyme
4 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 tsp. sage

Saute celery and onion in butter until browned. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Pour into 2 buttered baking pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until lightly browned.
