FRIED PIE CRUST 
5 c. flour
1 c. Crisco
2 eggs, beaten
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
1 lg. can evaporated milk

Mix dry ingredients, work in Crisco. Add milk and eggs and mix well. Make into walnut size balls. Use as needed. This keeps well in ice box or can be frozen. Half of recipe makes 8-10 fried pies.
