APPLE CRUMB CAKE 
2 c. flour
1/2 c. oatmeal
1 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. melted butter

"B":

1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. water
1 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix like pie crust. Keep 1 cup mixture for top of cake. Line 13 x 9 inch pan with above "A" mixture. Peel and slice 8 apples and lay on above "A" mixture.

"B" cook until thick, stir constantly, add 1 tablespoon butter and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
