MAKE AHEAD SLAW 
1 med. head cabbage
1 or 2 green peppers
1 or 2 onions
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. salad oil
1 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. dried mustard

Shred cabbage, sliced peppers and onions (VERY THIN). Make three layers of cabbage, peppers, onions and sugar in large bowl. Mix sugar, vinegar, oil, salt, celery seed and mustard in pan. Bring to boil. Pour over cabbage mixture while hot. Cover and leave for 4 hours in refrigerator. This will keep several days in refrigerator.
