MACADAMIA NUT PIE 
1 (9 inch) pie shell
3/4 c. melted butter
6 oz. sugar
3/4 c. honey
1 1/2 c. macadamia nuts, diced
4 oz. coconut flakes
7 eggs

Line one 9 inch plate with pie dough. Cover pie dough with coconut flakes. Top with filling of butter, sugar, honey. Sprinkle macadamia nuts on top of filling. Bake in oven at 325 degrees for about 50 minutes to an hour. Cool. Garnish with dollops of fresh whipped cream. Serves 8 to 12.
