2 1/2 c. flour
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. shortening

Mix as for pastry. Beat 2 egg yolks in a cup. Add enough milk to make 2/3 cup. Add to above mixture. Roll out 1/2 dough to fit a 10 x 15 inch pan. Crumble 1 cup corn flakes over crust.

6-7 slices apples
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

Allow to stand while preparing crusts. After top crust has been put on beat 2 egg whites until frothy. Spread over crust. Bake at 400 degrees until apples are soft. Glaze with powdered sugar icing while hot.
