BROCCOLI CRUNCH 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen broccoli
1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, sliced
1 c. grated American cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (5 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 (2.8 oz.) can onion rings

Cook broccoli until almost tender. Combine water chestnuts, cheese, soup and milk; pour over broccoli. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes; top with onion rings and bake for 8 to 10 minutes. Makes 6 to 8 servings.

NOTE: To cook in microwave, reduce milk to 1/3 cup.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
