CHEDDAR - SPINACH SQUARES 
8 oz. can crescent dinner rolls
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. flour
1 1/2 c. half & half
10 oz. chopped spinach, thawed & drained
3 eggs, beaten
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. nutmeg

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Roll dough into long rectangles. Press into 9 x 13 inch greased pan. Press over bottom and up a 1/2 inch on sides to form a crust.

Combine cheese, flour, half & half, spinach, eggs, salt, pepper and nutmeg; mix well. Pour into crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes. Cut into squares. Serve warm.
