CASSEROLE LA PALMA 
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 c. cooked chicken or turkey
8 oz. vegetables
2/3 c. grated cheese
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. curry powder

TOPPING:

1 c. crushed corn flakes
1/4 c. melted butter
1 tsp. parsley flakes

Blend soup, lemon juice, mayonnaise, curry powder together. Add meat and vegetables. Put into a 9"x12" casserole dish. Sprinkle grated cheese on top. Mix corn flakes and parsley together with melted butter. Spread on top of the cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
