LUSCIOUS LEMON CAKE 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jello
1 c. boiling water
1 box lemon cake mix
4 whole eggs
3/4 c. Wesson oil
1 tbsp. lemon extract

FOR GLAZE:

1 c. powdered sugar
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 tsp. lemon extract

Dissolve Jello in boiling water and cool. Put 1 box cake mix in large bowl; add Wesson oil and mix. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition. Add Jello mixture and lemon extract.

Bake in Bundt or angel food pan that has been sprayed with Pam, at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Remove from oven when done and immediately drizzle the glaze over the cake.

For the glaze, simply mix together the 3 ingredients, using a blender easily removes all lumps of powdered sugar.
