BLUE BALLS 
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. softened cream cheese
1/8 lb. crumbled blue cheese
2 tbsp. minced celery
1 tbsp. minced onion
Dash cayenne pepper
Dash liquid hot pepper seasoning
1 tbsp. mayonnaise
3/4 c. chopped walnuts

Combine all ingredients except walnuts. Shape into small balls. Roll each ball in chopped nuts. Refrigerate until served. Yield: 36.
