CHOPSTICK CHICKEN | |
2 lbs. chicken, cut up or selected pieces 1 c. uncooked rice 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 pkg. onion soup mix 1 sm. can mushrooms, bits and pieces 2 to 4 tbsp. butter, melted 2 soup cans of water Salt and pepper to taste In 9 x 12 glass baking dish, or pan, mix rice, soups, mushrooms and water. Place cut up chicken on top of mixture, pour melted butter over chicken. Season with salt and pepper. Cover with aluminum foil and bake in 400 degree oven 30 minutes; uncover and continue baking for another 30 minutes or until chicken is browned and rice is tender. |
