PINA COLADA CAKE | |
1 box white cake mix 1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk 1 can Cream of Coconut (NOT coconut milk) or 1 c. Pina Colada mix 1 c. pina colada mix 2 oz. rum (or 1 1/2 tsp. rum flavoring) 1 lg. container Cool Whip 1 c. shredded coconut Bake cake in sheet pan (as per instructions on box). Leave cake in pan. While cake is hot, punch holes in cake. Pour mixture of the condensed milk, cream of coconut (or colada mix) and rum over hot cake. Sprinkle coconut on top of cake. Chill several hours. Spread Cool Whip over cake. Keep refrigerated. 8 to 12 servings. |
