BEEF STICKS 
3 lb. ground chuck
3 tbsp. tender quick salt (Morton)
1/2 tsp. garlic salt or powder
3/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
2 tsp. Hickory Liquid Smoke

Mix well. Form into 3-4 sticks, packing well. Refrigerate uncovered 24 hours. Place on grill pan (with rack) in oven and bake at 300°F for 60 minutes. Cool.
