PICKLED HOT PEPPERS 
4 qts. peppers
1 1/2 c. salt
10 c. water
2 tbsp. horseradish
2 cloves garlic
10 c. vinegar
1/4 c. honey

Cut 2 slits in each pepper. Dissolve salt in 8 cups water. Pour over and let stand 3-4 hours. Drain and rinse.

Combine 2 cups water and all ingredients except honey. Simmer 15 minutes. Then add honey. Remove garlic.
