MELT IN YOUR MOUTH BISCUITS 
2 c. baking mix (such as Bisquick)
1 c. sour cream
1 stick melted butter

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Mix ingredients together until smooth and blended. Spoon dough into mini-muffin tins; fill each cup about 3/4 full. Bake 10-12 minutes or until biscuits are nicely browned.

If using larger muffin tins, you may have to bake them about 15 minutes. These biscuits don't need buttered. They are lovely and rich just as they are.
