CRANBERRY NUT BREAD 
1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 c. flour
6 oz. sour cream
1 1/2 (or scant 2 c. if no nuts) cups cranberries, cut in half

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and lemon juice. Sift dry ingredients and add alternately with sour cream to the creamed mixture. flour nuts and cranberries and add to batter. Pour in 9 x 5 inch loaf pan lined with greased and floured paper. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 to 60 minutes.
