CRANBERRY NUT BREAD 
3/4 c. sugar
1 egg
1 1/4 c. orange juice
3 c. Bisquick
3/4 c. chopped nuts
1 c. chopped cranberries, fresh or frozen

If cranberries are frozen, do not thaw. Mix sugar, orange juice, and Bisquick. Beat vigorously 30 seconds. Batter will be lumpy. Stir in nuts and cranberries. Pour into a greased loaf pan (9 x 5 x 3 inches). Bake at 350 degrees for 55-60 minutes.
