CRANBERRY PUMPKIN BREAD | |
3 1/2 c. flour 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. baking soda 2 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. salt 3/4 c. butter, softened 2 c. sugar 3 eggs 2 tsp. grated orange peel 2 c. pumpkin 1 c. nuts 1 c. cranberries, chopped Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine dry ingredients; set aside. Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time, mixing after each addition. Add orange rind. Alternate additions of pumpkin and dry ingredients. Stir in nuts and cranberries. Bake at 350 degrees in two 9 x 5 x 3 inch greased and floured loaf pans for 55 to 60 minutes or until done. |
