PINEAPPLE - MARSHMALLOW SALAD 
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
Dash of salt
1 c. Cool Whip
3 sliced bananas
1 to 2 c. miniature marshmallows
1 to 2 c. grapes, oranges or cherries

Drain pineapple well, saving juice. Beat egg in small pan and add cornstarch, sugar, salt and pineapple juice plus enough water to make 1 cup liquid. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring until thick. Cool and add reserved crushed pineapple, bananas, marshmallows and other fruit if desired. Fold in Cool Whip and chill.
