1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 med. diced onion
1 tbsp. cream
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. relish
Garlic salt to taste

Let cream cheese get soft. Combine all ingredients and slightly chill to serve.
