CHINESE HOT DISH 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 sm. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
2 tbsp. butter
1 can chicken rice soup
1 can cream mushroom soup
1 1/3 cans water
1 lg. can Chinese vegetables
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
1 tbsp. soy sauce
10 oz. chow mein noodles

Brown ground beef. Add onions and celery and cook on low heat for 10 minutes. Drain. Mix all ingredients and pour into greased casserole. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Add 10 oz. chow mein noodles and bake covered for 15 more minutes.
