PERSIMMON PUDDING 
2 c. persimmon (strained)
1 c. sweet potatoes (mashed)
1 c. milk
1/2 c. pecans
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt

1 c. cranberry sauce (whole cranberries)

Bake at 350 degrees in 3 cake pans for 40-45 minutes.
