3 eggs
1 c. milk
3 tbsp. oil
1 c. all purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease muffin pan. Beat eggs, milk and oil. Sift flour and salt into liquid and beat until smooth. Pour into muffin pan 1/2 full and bake 45 to 50 minutes. Makes 6.
