BROCCOLI SALAD 
2 bunches broccoli
2 c. total Mozzarella, Cheddar, Provolone cheese, mixed
1 lb. bacon, fried & crumbled
1 sm. red onion, sliced, pulled into rings

MARINADE:

1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. vinegar
Sugar to taste (approx. 1/8 c.)

Let marinade "age" about 1 hour. Should be sweet/sour and pourable - like a milk shake. Pour over salad and toss.
