PECAN SQUARES 
2/3 c. confectioners sugar
2 c. flour
1/2 lb. butter
2/3 c. melted butter
1/2 c. honey
3 tbsp. heavy cream
1/2 c. brown sugar
3 1/2 c. chopped pecans

Grease a 9x12 pan. Prepare crust by combining confectioners sugar, flour, and 1/2 pound butter. Pat crust into pan. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.

Prepare topping by combining melted butter, honey, heavy cream and brown sugar; mix well. Add pecans to mixture and fold in. Pour mixture over crust. Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool completely and cut into squares.
