GERMAN POTATO SALAD 
4 c. cooked potatoes, about 5
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onions
6 strips crisp bacon
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/3 c. cider vinegar
1/3 c. vegetable oil
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
1 tbsp. fresh parsley

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Combine first 6 ingredients. Toss gently until mixed. Place in a 2 quart casserole. Combine vinegar, oil and sugar. Pour over potatoes. Toss lightly. Bake 25 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley. Serves 4 to 6.
