SWEET CORNBREAD 
1 1/2 c. yellow whole grain cornmeal
1/2 c. millet (optional)
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. rice milk
1 egg white
3/4 c. unsweetened applesauce
3 tbsp. unfiltered apple juice

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well. Pour into glass baking dish sprayed with non-stick spray. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Serves 6.
