CHEDDAR SQUASH BAKE 
6 c. thinly sliced, unpeeled zucchini, cooked and drained
2 slightly beaten egg yolks
1 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. flour
2 egg whites, beaten stiff
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
6 slices bacon, cooked
1 tbsp. melted butter
1/4 c. bread crumbs, ground fine

Salt squash, mix next 3 ingredients. Fold in egg whites. Layer half that mixture then cheese in 12x8x2 inch pan. Sprinkle bacon over, repeat layers. Mix butter and crumbs. Sprinkle this over top. Bake 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Serves 8-10.
