BAKED APRICOTS 
2 lg. or 4 sm. cans apricot halves
Brown sugar
Ritz crackers
butter

Drain apricots well. Layer in 9 x 13 inch dish inner (pit) side up. Cover with brown sugar (about 1 pound). Sprinkle with Ritz crackers, crumbed but not too fine. Dot with butter. Repeat layers. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour.
