ORIENTAL SALAD 
1 pkg. spinach
1 can bean sprouts, drain
16 oz. can water chestnuts, sliced and drained
3 hard boiled eggs, diced
1/2 lb. bacon, fried and diced

Tear spinach into bite size pieces. Add bean sprouts, water chestnuts, and egg. Chill until serving time. Add crisp bacon and Oriental Dressing, toss well.

ORIENTAL DRESSING:

1/2 c. salad oil
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. catsup
1/4 c. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 med. onion, diced

Mix well and chill.
