ASPARAGUS FOLDOVERS 
1/2 c. real mayonnaise
1/4 dairy sour cream
2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
15 slices white or wheat bread
8 oz. pkg. frozen asparagus spears, cooked and drained
Real butter, softened
Grated Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In small bowl mix mayonnaise, sour cream and lemon juice. Trim crust from bread; flatten with a rolling pin. Spread bread with mayonnaise mixture. Place an asparagus spear diagonally on each slice of bread; fold over and secure with a wooden pick. Spread butter on top surface of bread. Sprinkle with cheese and place on baking sheets. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until lightly brown.
