ORIENTAL VEGETABLE CASSEROLE | |
1 pkg. Oriental vegetables (frozen) Cook according to directions, 1 1/2 cups water and 1 teaspoon salt. Do not over cook, drain. Put in casserole. Cover with sliced water chestnuts, then sliced mushrooms, then cover with shredded cheese. Crush Ritz crackers and stir into 1 stick melted butter. Spread over cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes. Double recipe for 12 (9 inch square pan). |
