ALMOND BUTTER COOKIES 
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. almond extract
3 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tbsp. baking powder

Cream together sugar, butter and cream cheese. Add egg, vanilla and almond extract. Beat until smooth. Sift flour and baking powder and slowly add to mix. Use ungreased cookie sheet, press or use cookie cutter cookies. Tint with food coloring or sprinkles. Bake at 375 degrees for 6 to 8 minutes.
