BEETS 
1 can beets
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. corn starch
1/4 c. apple cider vinegar

Drain the can of beets; save 1/4 cup juice. Mix sugar and corn starch together, then add the vinegar and juice from the beets. Boil 5 minutes. Pour that over your beets.
