HOLIDAY BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
8 slices bread
1 3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 lb. sausage
4 eggs
2 1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. mustard
1 c. mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt

Place bread in 8x10 inch greased pan. Top with cheese. Brown and drain sausage and put on top of cheese. Beat eggs with milk and mustard and pour on top. Refrigerate overnight.

In the morning, dilute soup with 1/2 cup milk and salt and pour over all. Bake 1 hour and 10 minutes at 375 degrees. Puffs up and browns. Yield: 8 servings.
