THAT CHICKEN STUFF 
Boned chicken or turkey
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 box Stove Top stuffing mix
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms (opt.)
1 can peas (opt.)

Place boned chicken or turkey in bottom of 9"x13" pan. Add peas and mushrooms if wanted. Mix together cans of soup and tub of sour cream. This makes a thick sauce. Spoon over chicken in a layer. Make stuffing per box instructions and crumble over top of mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour or until warmed through.
