POKE CAKE 
1 baked 9 x 13 inch white cake, cooled
2 sm. pkgs. or 1 lg. pkg. Jello gelatin, any flavor
2 c. boiling water
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip, thawed

Poke holes in cake with fork. Mix Jello and boiling water. Pour over cake. Frost with Cool Whip. Chill.
