LEMONY CHEESECAKE 
1 pkg. white cake mix, add 3 tbsp. flour for high altitude
1 c. dairy sour cream
6 oz. can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
3 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
3 eggs

TOPPING:

1/4 c. sugar
1 c. dairy sour cream
1/2 tsp. lemon juice

Preheat oven to 350 degrees (375 degrees for high altitude). Using solid shortening or butter (not oil), grease and flour 10-inch tube or 12 cup fluted tube pan (non-stick finish pan, too).

In large bowl combine first 5 ingredients. Blend at low speed until moistened; beat at highest speed 4 minutes.

Bake 40 - 55 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool upright in pan 10 minutes; remove from pan. Cool completely.

For topping mix all ingredients and spread on cake. Refrigerate.
