MARINATED MUSHROOMS 
2/3 c. vinegar
2/3 c. salad oil
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. pepper

Combine these 9 ingredients, bring to boil, simmer 10 minutes.

8 oz. fresh mushrooms
1 (16 oz.) can whole carrots
1 (14 oz.) artichoke hearts
1 c. sliced celery
1 (2 oz.) sliced pimento
1 can green olives
1 can ripe olives
Optional - Small, cooked brussel sprouts

Pour dressing over vegetables and refrigerate 12 hours.
