MARINATED MUSHROOMS | |
1/3 c. salad oil 1/3 c. red wine, vinegar 1 sm. onion, thinly sliced 1 tsp. salt 2 tsp. dried parsley flakes 1 tsp. dry mustard 1 tbsp. brown sugar 1 lb. fresh mushrooms In small saucepan, combine salad oil, red wine vinegar, onion (thinly sliced) and separated in rings, salt, parsley, mustard and brown sugar. Bring to a boil. Add mushrooms. Simmer covered 5 to 6 minutes. Chill in covered dish overnight. Stir occasionally. Serve. |
