CHICKEN DIVINE 
4 chicken breasts
1 sm. bunch broccoli
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 sm. pkg. almonds (toasted)
4 oz. grated Cheddar cheese (or mozzarella)
Parmesan cheese
Bread crumbs
3 slices bacon
3 tbsp. heavy whipping cream
8 oz. tomato sauce (or Ragu)
Onion
Parsley

Cook chicken with all seasonings. When cold break it in little pieces - reserve.

Sauce: Fry about 3 slices of bacon, with minced onion, tomato sauce, whipping cream and parsley. Add the chicken and about 1/2 cup of the liquid left where you cooked the chicken. Add salt and pepper if needed.

Layer the chicken on the bottom of a rectangular pyrex with the sauce. Layer the broccoli (cooked in water and salt) on top. Cover it with a mixture made of 1/2 cup mayonnaise and 1 can cream of chicken soup. Add a little milk if the mixture is too thick. Sprinkle the toasted almonds. Cover it with the grated cheese, Parmesan cheese and bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour.
