PECAN PRALINE PIE | |
1 1/2 c. brown sugar 1/2 c. dark corn syrup 1/2 c. butter 4 eggs 1 1/2 c. pecans (chopped or whole) 1 unbaked 9" pie shell Measure into 2 quart saucepan the brown sugar, corn syrup and butter. Bring to a rolling boil, stirring constantly. In a separate bowl beat eggs and add pecans. Gradually add corn syrup to egg mixture. Pour in unbaked shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes until firm to touch. |
