BEEF CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 sm. can tomato paste
2 med. cans tomato sauce
1 med. onion
1 (8 oz.) pkg. med. egg noodles
1 sm. jar sliced mushrooms
1 sm. can sliced olives
Monterey Jack cheese
Cheddar cheese
Mozzarella cheese
1/8 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
Dash of pepper
Dash of Lawry's salt

May need additional can of tomato sauce.

Brown ground beef in 2 tablespoons oil. Add the onion as meat browns. In a separate bowl, combine the tomato sauce and paste. Add the basil, garlic salt, pepper and Lawry's salt to taste.

Combine the browned meat mixture with the tomato sauce mixture. Spray a large 9x13x3 inch pan with Pam.

Spread a layer of cooked noodles in bottom of pan; layer tomato/meat mixture and sprinkle the 3 grated cheeses evenly. Repeat layers and end with the cheeses. Top casserole with the mushrooms and olives. Bake in a 325 degree oven approximately 30 minutes or until thoroughly heated and cheeses melt. Use lots of cheeses.
