CRANBERRY SAUCE 
12 oz. pkg. cranberries
1 c. water
1 1/2 c. sugar

Wash cranberries, place in pot and add water. Cover and let boil until all berries are popped open. Strain through colander, working with wooden spoon to remove all hulls. Put strained juice back in pot and let come to a boil. Add the sugar and stir until sugar is dissolved. Pour into molding dish if desired and refrigerate.
